About the Company
Our client is a growing international education company that helps ambitious high school students across the US pursue original academic research and strengthen their college applications.
Students work one-on-one with experienced academic mentors, developing their ideas into publication-ready research papers.
The company is expanding its international sales team and looking for talented professionals across Latin America.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a confident, articulate Sales Representative to guide US-based students and their parents through the enrollment process.
100% inbound leads. No cold calling or outbound prospecting.
You'll speak with families who have already expressed interest in the programs, understand their academic goals, explain how the company can help, and guide them from their first conversation through enrollment.
This is an opportunity to combine consultative sales with meaningful work — helping students access research opportunities that strengthen their academic profiles and support their university ambitions.
What You'll Do
Conduct sales consultations with prospective students and parents across the US.
Understand each family's goals and present the program in a clear, compelling way.
Build trust, address questions and objections, and guide enrollment decisions.
Manage inbound leads in HubSpot, including calls, emails, applications and follow-ups through payment.
Work toward a 25–30% conversion rate and contribute directly to student enrollments.
What We're Looking For
Must have:
Bachelor's degree.
Excellent spoken and written English, with clear, fluent communication.
Confidence leading conversations and building relationships with clients.
Strong sales mindset, logical thinking and ability to handle objections.
Ability to learn quickly, stay organized and work with CRM tools.
Availability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday–Friday.
Nice to have:
Experience in sales, admissions, education consulting or other client-facing roles.
Experience working with US clients or studying in the US.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
Experience in the education industry is not required. We value communication skills, confidence and the ability to connect with people.
What We Offer
$2,000–2,200 USD monthly base + tiered commissions on successful enrollments.
Fully remote work from anywhere in Latin America.
Exclusively inbound leads — focus on selling, not prospecting.
Sales training, a handbook and all necessary tools.
Direct collaboration with the sales lead and a growing international team.
The opportunity to help students pursue meaningful academic goals.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PT. Additional Saturday shifts may be required during the summer peak season.
